Black C-Suite, Owners & Non-Execs

Leadership can be lonely.
It does not have to be.

BCON is a community for Black C-suite executives, owners and non-executives of medium-sized and larger businesses and organisations. A place to be understood, to speak plainly and to learn from people who know the journey.

Our story

From the Midlands.
Looking outwards.

BCON began in July 2022 and held its inaugural meeting that October, during Black History Month. It grew from a simple observation: senior Black leaders are too often the only person like them at the table.

We bring those leaders together, highlight their contribution and make under-representation visible. The ambition is a stronger platform for engagement across sectors and regions.
